Return / Replacement Policy
You can return or replace any eligible item within 7 days of delivery. After you raise a request, you get another 5–7 days to ship it back to us.
The item needs to be unused, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. If it looks worn or the tags are removed, we won't be able to accept it.
A flat ₹100 fee is deducted from your refund per order. Doesn't matter how many items you're returning from that order — the fee is charged once.
Returning only some items from a multi-item order? That's fine. Just make sure to include everything you want to return in one go, since you only get one request per order.
We'll arrange a pick-up from your address if the service is available at your pin code. The courier will try twice.
If pick-up fails both times or isn't available in your area, you'll need to ship it to our warehouse yourself (details in the Self-Shipping section below).
Wrong size? Return the item within 7 days and place a new order for the size you need. We don't do direct swaps — it's a return + fresh order.
Some coupons restrict returns or replacements. Read the coupon terms before applying it — once applied and order placed, those terms are locked in.
If a coupon brought down the price, your refund is based on what you actually paid, not the original MRP.

Paid online? Your refund goes back to the same payment method. It takes about 7 business days for us to process the return after the item reaches our warehouse, then 3–5 more days for the money to show up in your account.
Paid via COD? We'll transfer the refund to the bank account or UPI ID you provide. Same 3–5 business day timeline once processed.
Anything bought during a sale event cannot be returned.
This includes BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) and any promotion where free items were added to your order. The entire order becomes non-returnable, not just the free item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the replacement ships within 3–5 business days. You'll get a fresh tracking ID.
If the original order was COD, you won't be charged COD again on the replacement.
Got a damaged, defective, or wrong product? Or something's missing from the package? Reach out within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video.
For confirmed cases of damage, defects, or wrong items, we'll cover the return shipping and waive the ₹100 fee.
You can cancel only before your order ships. Once a tracking number is generated, it's too late to cancel — you'll need to wait for delivery and then raise a return.
If reverse pick-up isn't available at your pin code, you'll need to courier the item to us at your own cost.

Write your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package. Pack it well — if something gets damaged in transit, that's on the shipping.
Once we receive it, refund hits your account within 48 hours (minus shipping/COD charges and the ₹100 fee).
The bank details you give us for the refund are final. If there's a mistake in the account number or UPI ID, we can't be held responsible for the money going to the wrong place.
Got a "delivered" SMS or email but didn't actually receive the package? Contact us within 24 hours.
While the product is with you, take care of it — keep the packaging, tags, and any documents that came with it. We need everything back in the same condition we sent it.
If something seems wrong with the product when it arrives, message us on Instagram (@fflirtygo) or WhatsApp (+91 8448258773) within 24 hours with photos. We'll tell you what to do next.
After we get the return and confirm you're eligible for a refund, the money will be processed within 30 working days at most. Usually it's much faster.
