Return & exchange window: 7 days from delivery for both returns and exchanges.

Reverse pickup fee: Rs 100 flat on all returns and exchanges. The fee is waived only when the reason is wrong product received — these cases are manually reviewed before pickup is scheduled.

COD orders: you can choose a refund to your bank account or store credit. Both options are available.

Store credit: issued via Shopify, multi-use, no expiry, applies at your next checkout.

How refunds work: once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method, or store credit is added to your account.
