Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return and replacement window from the date of delivery.

Reverse pickup fee: Rs 100 flat is deducted from the refund on all returns and exchanges. The fee is waived only when the reason is wrong product received — these cases are manually reviewed before pickup is scheduled.

COD orders: you can choose a refund to your bank account or store credit. Both options are available. Store credit is multi-use, has no expiry, and applies at your next checkout.

To be eligible: your item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Wrong-item cases are manually reviewed and no fee is charged. Damaged or defective cases are processed under the standard fee structure.

Not eligible for returns or replacement: Customised products, Festival/Occasion themed products, Gift cards, Gift boxes, and Sale-event purchases.

Shipping and COD charges are not refunded.

Refund processing: 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Ordered 4XL from fflirtygo. Fits well. Chest area comfortable not tight like other brands. Tummy area also not clingy. Arms have room to move.

Material: Fleece inside soft. Quality good for the price.

Length is proper. Covers well. Hood fits my head also.

Washed once no shrinkage which was my main concern.

Finally a brand that makes proper plus size. Happy with this purchase. Will order more
